I received a mail a few days back informing me that I am a proud owner of an Anime Festival Asia media pass as I had registered with them as a blogger on their website. I found that rather perculiar as I haven’t been surfing the net for a few days now, other than sourcing [...]

I wonder why Sebastian brings dog food… Maybe he’s a closet dog fan?
I still wonder why Sebastian hates dogs so much. Maybe he hates licking?
Anyway, a quick recap of last episode. Ciel and company were tasked by the Queen to solve the mystery of a devil dog haunting a small isolated town. The townspeople believed [...]

11/21/2008 12:37 PM ESTFun Times @ UP AME 8th Avenue (Am I Getting Addicted to Anime Cons or What?) Part 1 >>
A brief intro for starters: Think of AME (Anime Manga Enthusiasts) as the counterpart of Genshiken; it’s the anime/manga organization in one of the top universities in the country, UP Diliman. I don’t have much inside info about this organization since I’m neither part of it, nor do I hail from the aforementioned university (Animo LaSalle!), but from what I gather, AME is most known for the annual anime event they organize, and has since become one of the most anticipated anime cons each year.

After attending my first press conference for Anime Festival Asia 08, I must say that it has been very rewarding. Since there isn’t time for me to edit all the photos I taken, here is just 5% of it for a quick run through.
Here’s a quick look at the stage before the press conference started [...]

It's true what they say. Clothes do make the man. Except in this case, it's not really clothes but hats. Hats are like the foundation of society, because without hats, you'd die. Then again, even with hats, you'll die, so maybe dying is in.

Keroro Gunsou episode 81
SPOILER Summary/Synopsis: The platoon decides to give Giroro the ultimate warrior body and when he wakes up, he's smaller and grafted onto Natsumi's right hand. Natsumi is ticked by this as well, especially since this is her P.E. class softball game against her rival IMOGO Rie. Since it is going to be at least half a day before

I honestly don’t know if that’s a good thing, but finally the real head trips begins.
Crazy people being manipulated by a machine in an Otaku’s backpack?
People marching with signs, shouting “get rid of the demon”?
Not quite brown noise (thank goodness no bowl movements is shown) that knocked everyone down on their feet?
Taku finally breaking down, [...]

11/21/2008 11:55 AM EST[AFA08] Anime Festival Asia 2008 PREVIEW: Less than 24 hours to AFA08 — are you ready? >>
Do excuse the quality of the photos. I’m am the world’s lousiest photographer. The bad quality coupled with Flickr’s compression leads to disgustingly grainy photos. D:
So after wasting the whole of Thursday deliberating whether I should give up 2 hours of study to attend the AFA08 Press Conference, I decided to show up after all. [...]

God, I’m crazy tired. Thank god Singapore and thank god Hakuro for Internet access.
It’s been a hectic first day with me travelling from KL to Singapore and directly heading to the event venue with nary a break to catch the press conference and to interview May’n in person.
While things were fashionably late as [...]

The third DVD release of Zero no Tsukaima III brings with it the biggest ero-upgrade to date, with bathing scenes turned from mere steamy service into something worthy of a full-blown yuri ero-anime.
You can see much detail and comparison of the changes below, as well as Louise’s vengeful attacks against her better endowed companions given [...]

Figure watchers on 2ch have raised a mild hue and cry over the distinctly odd sculpt given 神尾観鈴 / Misuzu Kamio, of classic Key visual novel AIR. You may notice she sports an extraordinarily long neck. Doubts are also raised over the body proportions and face…
The figure was actually released last year, but unsurprisingly there [...]
