Seen in the season’s preview at THAT (via): Overall, Hyakko remains the horse to bet on, although comparisons with Minami-ke concern me. I suppose it all hinges on Torako being an annoying dumbass like Kana versus something more palatable. I liked parts of Minami-ke. And don’t e-mail me about ef.

Bandai solicits Rocket Girls >>

Good people at #animedvd passed a tip that Bandai “solicited” Rocket Girls: Complete Collection to be sold for $49.98, with the street date of 2008/10/7. The anonymous benefactor bayoab also reminds that the price is ususally quite a bit less than the MSRP. I’m so in.

From the random TiVo catch comes an episode of Inuyasha where he, Sesshomaru, and their antourage visit their father’s grave. Things we watched in the VHS age! For some reason the ED fascinated me, especially the Ferris wheel sequence. It looked exotic.
